Vinyl Graphics for Veteran’s Transport Trailer Honors Military Veterans From All Branches of the Service and Carries Camaro P40 Warhawk Tribute Car!
SignVisions recently had the unique opportunity to assist Randy Gallop with a set of veteran’s trailer graphics in Fayetteville, GA. Randy is the point person for Racing Tribute, an organization with the stated goal of recognizing every veteran’s contributions. In this case, it resulted in the creation of a 2010 Camaro P40 Warhawk Tribute Car that would need a suitable trailer setup.
Why Put Together a Tribute Car as a Traveling Monument?

A car is the type of product that speaks to people from all demographics. It is an excellent way of designing a traveling exhibit that combines form with function. Moreover, this tribute car would feature 5,000 signatures of military personnel – former and current – from all services, which would turn it into a fantastic conversation starter. Eventually, the car would be auctioned off, with proceeds going to a variety of military charities. Of course, to arrive in style at every location, the group needed a trailer that would fit the bill.
Trailer Graphics Succeed in Telling a Story of Their Own
The SignVisions technicians were enthusiastic about this project. We worked hard on the design of individual style elements that would resonate with all service members. Therefore, the graphics had to be meaningful to each branch or even service time. This was not a straightforward design.
We spent hours collating and reviewing graphics before selecting the ones that would be applied to the trailer. Next, we had to size and space the elements for the best display. After all, the trailer would not just be a transport ambassador for the car, but it would also be a photo backdrop for veterans.
The finished trailer wrap displays a metal-gray background. One graphic is the iconic Kilroy, which is the original WWII viral meme. The sides display the logos of the various branches as well as images germane to them.
It is interesting to note that our very own John W. Aultman was able to sign the tribute car when the project was completed and the Racing Tribute display made a stop at a veteran’s event in Fayetteville, GA.
