Beautifying the Gathering Place and Making It More Welcoming
The Gathering Place is a room within Trinity Church and Trinity Christian School. The designer working with the church contacted SignVisions to help with the project. The goal was to enhance this primary meeting room in the facility. The design expert was unable to be present in person a lot of the time, which required the selection of an excellent and trustworthy sign shop to take care of things locally.
Therefore, our project manager worked with the designer to conduct surveys on the two surfaces that would hold the signs’ style elements. Potential challenges were a wall ledge and a tile wall. For the ledge, the pieces were designed and mounted so that half of the letter protrudes above the ledge’s vertical edge.
Since the plan was for us to install large acrylic letters, which featured thicknesses ranging from half an inch to one inch, it was critical that our installer would take care to support the weight. After working through a couple of installation impediments, we could guarantee the optimal mounting setup for the letters. Now, the finished work is prominent and inviting for students, staff, and visitors, as it was intended to be.
